Linda D. Kruszka
entered the insurance industry in 1985 as a CSR (Customer Service
Representative) and a producer. In 1992, she opened the doors to
Main Street Insurance Agency, Inc. located in Attica, NY. The
agency is licensed to sell Life and Property / Casualty and
specializes in Equine Insurance. MSI is a proud member of the
Alpha Associates, Inc., which is a group of 13 professional insurance
agents in upstate NY and PA, serving as President to the corporation.
Her achievements include receiving the LUTCF
designation in1996, and in 2001 was appointed on the board of directors for
the Insurance Club
of Buffalo and was the organization's President in 2005. This
club hosts one of the largest insurance information days in New York State.
She is past President of the agency management system, DORIS, users group. Linda lives in Varysburg with her son and husband, Mike Hoffmeister. |

Michelle
L. Taylor
has worked in the agency since 1995 and obtained her P&C license in 1996 and her
CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in May 2007. As well as being the
office manager, she performs commercial lines customer service - handling small
contractor’s and business owners. In addition to completing continuing
education, as required by the State to keep her license current and to stay on
top of today’s ever changing insurance markets, Michelle has also decided to
obtain her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, one of
the industry’s most challenging and respected professional designations. Michelle is also active in the
community where she lives with her husband and two daughters.

Cheryl Fagan
joined Main Street Insurance in 1999 and obtained her P & C license in 2000.
Having over 20 years of insurance experience, she is well aware of the always
changing insurance industry. Cheryl handles personal lines customer service for
agency including auto and home accounts. She lives in Perry with her
husband of 30 years.

Katie Merle joined the agency in June 2005 as a
customer service representative. She is currently handling "specialty
lines" which includes horse mortality, recreational vehicles and farmowners.
Katie obtained her P&C License in June 2007. She
lives in Attica with her husband and daughter.

Rhonda Trommetter joined the team in
2003 as the agency's bookkeeper and obtained her P&C License in 2006. She
received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Buffalo
State College in 1990 and has been working in the accounting field since
1988. Rhonda's background and attention to detail is a true asset to the
agency. She lives in Lancaster with her husband and two sons. |
